    since i updated my prime Z i have some issues with the mytvonline app, every now and then it goes on black screen and after about 1 minute it reconnects to the stream. it happens with different channels and its the third time today. do i have to change some [lexicon]settings[/lexicon] to fix this? because on the latest update it says that its fixed

    Sounds like there might be a streaming issue with your service provider.
    Please check the condition of the stream buffer by looking at the info banner.
    3 blue bars is the best.

    If the buffer goes empty, the stream will stop.
    This happens when your connection to the server is not good.

    Please see the attached image and the area highlighted in RED.
