Internet connection

I recently updated my box to a Z10 Pro. I have an Ethernet cable available to connect to my router, which was working fine to my old box. Presently I have a Wi Fi connection running to my box. It reads via the Analti app 50 to 60 bps of an available 100bps from my ISP.

I have my Ethernet cable plugged in as well. When I turn off the Wi Fi button in settings it says the the internet is connected but there is zero speed at the Analti app and none of the apps work indicating no internet connection. Is there a somewhere in settings to switch from Wi Fi to Ethernet?

Do you get the internet after you replug the ethernet after switching off the wifi?

I disconnected the Ethernet cable, then turned off the Wi Fi then turned off the box and turned back on. Settings said disconnected. Plugged the Ethernet cable in. Turned off the box and turned back on. Settings said connected. Did speed test with Analiti, no signal. Tried video apps, no signal so did not work. Did it again, noticed a white question mark in the Network Settings icon.

Go to Home menu -> Settings -> Network -> (Wifi should be off) and choose IP Settings -> click once on DHCP

Go again to home menu and await next 1-2 Min. until the exclamation mark on Ethernet symbol disappear.

If after 2 Min. nothing happens, use other network cable and check also in router settings if the box become any internal ip from router.

Success, changing to DHCP did the trick. I have much higher bps reading and my video apps are all working. Very grateful for your expert guidance. You rock!
