If i turn on the Dreambox the Z10 Pro also starts and change the HDMI input on the TV to the Z10 Pro... Not fine
If the Z10 is on and I turn the Dreambox on, the HDMI input change but the Z10 go not in stanby... Not fine
Dreambox send overall signal to all devices and they react, in this case the z10 pro too, check the dreambox hdmi cec settings and try to change. BTW. why should Z10 pro go off if your dreambox goes on? TV send such signal and is correctly onderstood from the box.

Than It's easy to switch between the HDMI. Everytime a device wake up from the standby the TV change the HDMI.
With the BT remote controller it's not so confortable to change the HDMI.
Als need the device less power in standby.
check the dreambox hdmi cec settings and try to change
I found no problems.
Were can I change all this things on the formuler box?
Please do not compare e2 linux box with android box, this are different os systems and on linux side more then 20 years of programming from E2 community's. The CEC settings are not comparable with E2 settings, there are only few.
