Formuler + MTO2 VOD randomly quitting playback

I've searched through and haven't found a clear answer regarding this issue.

While running MyTvOnline2 Video On Demand and trying to watch any film or show, the playback will cancel and return to the film/shows page. Sometimes it is 1 hour into a film, other times it is 20 minutes in.

I'm running the latest firmware but this also was a problem since the last firmware. I've seen other threads from years ago with the issue and was hoping to find a solve from someone.

If the video stops and you think it could be the MOL2 player, install external players like MX or VLC player and set them as default VOD Player (MOL2 Menu). Test and see if it works better with this solution.

Sadly the issue still persists with VLC. It could be the IPTV provider right?

Yes, in that case (same issue with different players) could be the provider the reason for the issue.
