I just updated the MOL2 HOTFIX for my Z10 pro, it says it fixes "MyTVOnline2 has stopped" error; does this include the error Unrecognized Input Format Exception,or does it refer to general 4XX/5XX errors ?
So what is the issue with error "MyTVOnline has stopped", does it mean black screen or disconnected from MAC Portal, or what else?

This issue has been resolved. Make sure to update your device to the latest release and restart your box.
it could be a server-specific issue if it happens again. Please get back to us with a video.

What issue has been resolved (qoute formuler staff) ?
I am afraid that I am not technical enough to make a video, if it happens again, I do not even have a smart phone!
