I am a reseller and sold a number of Formuler Z10 Pro boxes and loaded my iptv subscription on it for clients.
Issue:
. Channels dissappear from categories like u see in the images attached even if after refresh they don't return. They will force stop and clear data and clear cache which sometimes solves the issue but the problem persists again.
Some categories will display the channels but most categories will show No channels even though there are supposed to be loaded channels.
Whether is M3u playlist or XC API I load the service on, the channels keeps disappearing.
Myself I use Z7+ 5G and have never had this issue but my clients on Z10 Pro Max facing that issue.
Attached are images from one of my clients facing same problem as some few others. No need sharing similar photos as images from one depicts the exact issue.
Tivimate and IPTV smarters pro are loaded as well on Z10 Pro max and channels are clearly all available but just not with the MOL2.
Please they restart device, uninstall mol2, force close, clear data and cache and still problem persists.
The only solution mostly is reset the entire box from factory and then everything comes back to normal for some weeks and then later issue pops up again. Factory resetting is becoming a pain so I decided to finally report it to the appropriate team of Formuler to see if a software fix for mol2 in update will solve this problem.
