VOD broken (not provider issue as his works fine) seems it's the Z+ Neo hardware or software (how to fix without losing all groups/favourites) please?

  • Hello,

Since posting the last thread I've spoken directly with the provider whom has no issues whatsoever, nor do his other users either. VOD is super hit and miss right now only 1/50ish work / show thumbnails.

I spent hours grouping all my fav movies into the favourites weeks ago and now I can't even watch them. I own the Z+ Neo box and found some answers such as resetting things but would like a more accurate answer if possible.

So, if I were to do a factory reset woud I not:

    1. Lose all my channel favourites/groups

    2. Lose access to everything being only the provider has the server logins

    Please let me know

Note - The only change I ever made was to remove the YouTube app as it wasn't needed.

    Thanks

  • Yes, factory reset would delete all in 1 and 2.

Test with other iptv app if exactly same vod`s work or not, then you will get 100% right answer if the issue is the box or the provider.

But if I aquire the new iptv app it nears I must logout of the existing server via the original provider, then I won't be able to log back in if needed, right?

Or will it automatically log me back in regardless?
