Have you ever had this screen mode on GTV? when it switches on this shows up on screen. When I press home it works well but this keeps showing as soon as box powers on.

Also let me know the current version of the firmware, mytvonline 2 following next instructions.
- Go to Home > FORMULER Update app
- From here, you can find out what version is installed on your device
