I had recently been trying to figure out why the VOD + TV series section of the MyTVOnline2 app was crashing and unable to play videos or fast forward and rewind. I had posted here trying to find an answer but ive since done some more troubleshooting and have more info.
I had tried all external media players and even apps outside of the MyTVOnline2 to connect and experienced the same issues on all of them. Some of the shows would start. Some wouldn't start at all. Others would start and then crash. None of them would let me fast forward / rewind a video.
Earlier today I recently purchased a Z10 Pro and I have none of these problems using the latest box. Is there anyone I can speak to about getting this issue looked into for the other devices as it is obviously related to the version / firmware on the older boxes. I have many friends that use the older boxes that this is a problem for.
I tried another service as well and all of the VOD and Tv series work on the Alpha and Z8. This leads me to believe it has to be the new software my provider is using on the latest servers as it works fine for the Z10 but not for the Alpha and Z8.
Is there any more info I can provide or logs of some kind I can provide to assist in trying to get this resolved via an update on the other boxes?
