    Did you use a adequately formatted USB stick to record to,or an sdcard or external HDD?

    No, does the device not have its own 32 GB harddrive? It says so when I bought it, you should be able to record or stop live tv to continue later. No where it says I have to connect an external stick or drive

    Just because I’m curious what is the 32 GB in the device used for?

    Cause when I read the info on various sites on this device then that’s exactly that I can do, record and stop life broadcast to continue watching later.

    That is the reason I bought it

    Internal storage is used for installing apps and the subsequent app data that is generated while using said apps.

    If you don't like the look of anything sticking out of the Formuler, you can purchase and install a microSD card and insert it into the device to use for Recording.
