Backing up and restoring Formuler z11 pro max

    Hi writing again about this issue with my Formuler z11 pro Max; it will not restore from backup. Tried two different usb sticks. First one 16gb. It said backup succeeded but restore always failed. Even with a brand new usb the same thing! Even when the box formatts the stick!

    so the only way to start afresh is the hard reset

    Is this normal?

    ive got a 750gb external hard drive usb connection with my box, and i did try a back-up then restore. and mines worked ok m8, Take the stick out and put it on a computer and see what's on it ?? That might tell a tale ?
