Does anybody know where to find tutorials with screenshots on the exact steps to set up usb drive for recording. As a beginner this sure would help. Thanks.

Just format the box on pc with ntfs, connect with the box (ignore other apps like file explorer) and restart the box for initialising and creating needed folders from OS. Later confirm in MOL2 menu->PVR Settings your hdd for recording and Timeshift. That`s all. Read the first thread once again. Is absolutely simple.
