Vod listing gone

Found today I have no vod listings, nothing, not even access to the epg of the vods.

I have reset the box, reloaded the url, reset data, updated epg and nothing seems to get it back.

I also have Formula z8 and that is fine, same url / provider etc. I have messaged my url provider who said there is no problem, which is backed up by my Z8 working fine.

I think the issue occurred after a data update, the epg bug drives me mad but waiting on a fix god that, but no vod is a real pain.

Anyone else had this issue?

Same problem here. everything on black. not the provider's fault. he said.

Delete your portal and put it again it will update.

okay, removed url, reset, re-entered url and no change, still missing vod and tv series.

Same here. A lot of problems with mol3.

Dam! I had that last week and after deleting and doing I again it was ok.

I got a different problem now!! Stuck on this screen...

Please all of you disconnect the power cable for 5 min. and insert again. Connect with server should initialised again, try to see if it helps.

Dam !! I feel for you. With me I left like 15 min .. delete portal and then put it back after I refresh content and bang was back all the VOD and series... only had radio and channels... must be a bug as a few of us got that already...

I had the same issue and factory reset fixed but after sometimes, it appears again.
I decided to update my firmware to beta 11.1.59 and it is working well there.
It looks stable for me and I like the new style VOD (video player)

I reported previously 2 problems (not connected but still exist in beta )
- EPG appear when I click on guide, but list channels, I see (no information)

- Subtitles got black background and cannot get rid of it (this issue is for any firmware z11 pro max)

1. No information in EPG is a known issue and is currently being fixed.

2. Subtitle display can be set in the menu below.

Home screen > Settings > Device Preferences > Accessibility > Captions

However, currently there is an issue where the "custom" does not work.

"Custom" issue is being fixed. Currently, only the Captions style function works (white on black, black on white..)
