TiviMate Guide Button Not Working

Hi folks,

We've been having an issue where when using Tivimate the box indicates we're pressing the guide button but nothing happens, and no matter what command I assign the guide button, it never responds. I can assign the guide command to any other button, but nothing to the guide button itself. I haven't been able to find any info on this issue, does anyone have any ideas?

on the Z10 Pro Max is identical... But what makes you think it's a box problem... you should write about this problem to the developer of TiviMate...

Hi. Having a problem to restore or create a backup file in tivimate. Everytime I try to restore the backup the file does not even show in explorer. to create a backup it says can't create backup.

All permissions given and still not working....

Any solution? Thankss

Just curious to know why would you buy a formuler box and then use tivimate?
