Guide epg and channel list epg not in sync

    The guide epg and channel list epg are not in sync.

    I already found where the issue is coming from.

    When i putt OFF the setting in connections from view catchup in grid it works perfect. When i put it back on the guide epg is 1 hour out of sync. I test all more times.

    How can i reach formuler team to solve it?

  • Epg is a source that is provided by some but not all providers, please connect with you provider and inquire if epg is supported and the correct time zone for the DATA. For example if the source is eastern time zone and your in the west, its a 3 hour diffrenace. In this circumstance the epg would be offset by + 3:00 I hope this helps clear up some confusion with epg. Just because it shows no information doesnt mean it's not working it could be unsupported by the PROVIDER

    I did investigate this quite in depth.
    In other IPTV players it is working as it should.
    It looks there is a sync issue between Time zone and EPG offset is settings.
    This give the problem in the EPG Guide, Channel list info, and single EPG list.
    Formuler Staf say they are working on it.
    For the moment in my time zone GMT+1, only the workaround is giving correct EPG Guide and channel list info, singel EPG has different times as EPG Guide and Channel info, the last issue is less important for me, as I don'use it.

  • When you put OFF setting show catchup in grid its also solved for now and then both epg are good ik sync. You can find it at the connections menu of your portal

    Not clear to me which setting you point too.

    Is it in MOL3 or in box settings?
    Pls be more specific, thxs.
