Formuler z11 Pro Max issues

    Hi , I recently purchased 3 Formuler Z11 Pro Max units. I have used Formuler and many other units in the past and Formuler/mytvonline seems to be the most user friendly. So I decided to upgrade to the latest and top tier unit. There are a few major issues straight away that I would not have expected. The first being, every episode in any tv series on any of the three units are the same episode . The second issue is I’m not able to program the three dotted buttons on the bottom of remote as I was able to do with previous versions. Can only assign colour buttons to a function .The third is that many other categories aside from the Adult tv category are locked and require a code to enter category , all the 24/7 categories and some others as well. I’m not able to remove the required lock from these categories. I understand having it for the Adult section however it is not necessary on all these other categories. Also there is no air mouse function on the remote which is disappointing in what is considered a “premium” remote. Any help would be much appreciated as I’m kinda disappointed at this point in this pricey “premium” product

    1. This seems how the portal is configured. Talk to your seller/portal provider and explain exactly what you see in the TV series

    2. Make sure to install the latest Formuler Remote app from Market app. Open the app > Choose your remote control (GTV-IR1 I suppose) > Assign functions to dotkeys.

    3. MYTVOnline 3 Settings > Parental options > Switch off Lock Adult Categories. PIN code should be 0000 unless is pre-configured by the portal provider.
