In the first epg guide below it shows all future programmes from today the 14th until the 20th correctly,but in the recording guide it will only show the 14th and 15th with working epg then it says no information,I've tried the usall in reloading the epg and rebooting but didn't help

SAM answered by saying i should change provider,and that only 2-3 members in the Netherlands reported this issue.
Are you also on an European Provider,as i find the explanation by SAM not very believable?

I'm in the UK,my provider is in the UK,this is definitely 100% a formuler issue as I have tivimate installed on my z11 aswell and the epg works correctly

I too am still experiencing annoying issues with the EPG.
When I have to choose an ISP for a -1hr offset, the epg via the guide button is fine. But in the channel list (OK button), no information is available. not even during zapping.
On a Z10 Pro/SE, no problems with it. Also via Tivimate no problems. only with MOL3.

Seems unlikely,as it also happens with UK,Dutch,and chinese providers,and it does not happen,when Tivimate is used,maybe we should open a conversation were Provider names are exchanged,outside of the forum,but with direct e-mail contact?

Hi,TO,one can create a conversation,by clicking on the symbol next to notifications and then click on +,take care that no names of providers are mentioned (against forum rules).Via this conversation we can exchange e-mail adrresses,and in private see whether we have the same provider,as suggested by SAM,as a cause of our epg problems!

i have the same problems with the EPG a couple of months with the Z11 pro. I see the information but not on the right time

All together it is clear that lots of us are experiencing EPG problems or actually IPG.
Also striking that all the problems have similarities but also differences.
Because of this it probably is a combination between Z11 pro max but also the difference in providers causing the diverse problems.
In my caseI can see programs appearing in the guide but only 2 to 4 hours ahead or back.
This is different per channel.
In the EPG function per channel I can go forward and back 7 days like I have selected in my settings but catch-up broadcast can only go back about 2 days and 3 hours.
I do not know how a EPG should work but when I see the option in settings where you can clear and refresh the EPG I suppose the information is gathered and stored.....then refreshed after 5 hours.
In my case I do not have the impression EPG data are stored.
When I change groups I can see the information starting to come slowly. So changing from no information to the program information. This also happens during scrolling through the guide.
So to me it looks like EPG data is not stored properly or not stored at all or reload endlessly....like some kind of loop.
I hope my experience can help formuler to solve this.
I do have confidence they are working on this but if this is only a European problem I do not know if it will have their full attention.
A note from their site saying they are working on it would be very much appreciated.

I don't believe there are so few reports. The whole forum is full of EPG problems. The problems are caused by a combination of provider server time, time zone and EPG offset. TiviMate managed to get this working, so I hope MYTVOnline will succeed as well.

First I need to say, that the Z11 Pro Max is an excellent box and I’m very happy with it.
For the EPG issues, I don't think it has to do with the provider, but surely, the combination of time zone, date/time and EPG offset are causing problems.
As you say, TiViMate works perfect. When setting the box to automatic and time zone to GMT+1 and EPG offset -01:00 (for all countries in this time zone), it give correct EPG info on all levels. Only TiViMate is not free, you need to pay for it (€ 10,99/year or € 33,99 for life).
Another pre of TiViMate is, that it has sorting functions for both groups and channels in each group, (even hiding channels), so you can completely customize your groups and channels, which I find a very good valuable function.
So maybe it is worth to consider buying it, or just wait for updates of MOL3.

I also have problems with the EPG.
The texts are present, but not in accordance with the schedule.
To have the right EPG at the right time, I also have to change the time zone.
In order to test if it's a problem with MYTV online 3 I installed IPTV Smarters Pro using the same IPTV access provider, and setting the time zone correctly, and there the EPG works correctly.

It looks like some servers can't cope with the new requirements of MOL3. That's why some things in the MOL3 EPG area will be optimized down to MOL2 level.
No need for new reports in this case, it is known and devs. will work on it. Please be patinate and await the fix. If the fix not come with next official version it will come for sure with update after.

Acknowledged there is a problem and they will work on it.
Also some apologies for Formuler from my side as looking at the latest information the MOL3 software is too advanced for most providers......so it's more or less a provider problem.
Well confused here....😆
Knowing this it is more than OK to bring up some patientce.

.Yes,thanks for the Info,SAM,i also found out that some providers outsource their epg.
Maybe this contributes to the epg issues?
out of 7-8 members i wrote to none had the same provider-NL-,as you suggested in one of your posts,causing the epg issues,so its not down to one identifiable provider.
Youre info also explains why i have no epg issues on my z10pro,but only with the Z11,while using the same provider
