How do i make it so my tv turns on automatically when i turn on my Z+?

I have a Philips 70" smart tv, and somehow, my satellite tuner turns on automatically when i turn on the tv or visa versa; when i turn on my tv, the satellite tuner turns on as well.

Is this possible to get done on my Z+ Neo, perhaps? If so, how do i do it? What is this thing called? Does it have a name?

Home menu ->Settings -> Advanced Options -> HDMI CEC, HDCP -> Enable CEC and set like you need it.
