  • I have an RF mini-keyboard that looks precisely like this one:

NOTE: My keyboard looks just like the one linked above, but mine appears to be an RF-only keyboard. It has no dongle, and I have not discovered any key combination that triggers a Bluetooth pairing process.

Does anyone have a suggestion for getting it to work with the Z11PM? It worked effortlessly with my old DreamLink T2 Prime, but I cannot get it to work with the Z11PM.

If this keyboard simply won't work, can somebody suggest a QWERTY keyboard known to work with the Z11PM?

    Thanks!

  • In the review they speak all the time about USB dongle, so you need USB dongle to let it work on the Z11, no BT.

Take some other Rii mini keyboard with dongle from amazon and it will work perfectly. Have three of them in use.

    Thanks for the clarification.

It surprises me that the DreamLink T2 Prime worked like a charm with my IR-only (non BT) keyboard, but the Z11PM does not respond at all to that same IR-only keyboard.

I guess they changed the product design and dropped IR keyboard support between the two devices. (The Z11PM seems in many other respects similar to the T2P; I kind of assumed the Z11PM would retain all the capabilities of the T2P.)

    Thanks again for your message.
