Cannot access catchup

    Am using MyTVOnline2 and cannot access catchup. There are no red-dot symbols to show catchup is available, and my provider is telling me it should be available on many channels. He has told me three times that my MAC address has been added.

    I have used catchup previously with other providers and it worked flawlessly. Has anyone else experienced not having catchup show when it should. I am very perplexed.
