On a z11 i dont know my friend,
But on a Z10 you:
start mytvonline2
Go to menu
Settings
And then dvr settings or another setting. (Dont know yet which one)
Look for "remove pin/code from adult' to remove the code.
the only thing i know to remove a code.
Hopefully it fixes your probem.

IN Z11'S DO THIS:
IN MOL3 GO TO SETTINGS
SCROLL DOWN TO PARENTAL OPTIONS
DEFAULT PIN ON Z11'S IS 0000
HERE IS WHERE YOU CAN CHANGE THE DEFAULT PIN TO ANYTHING YOU WANT, AND ALSO LOCK OR UNLOCK THE ADULT CHANNELS AND MENU SO YOU DON'T HAVE TO PUT A PIN CODE EACH TIME.
