System shutdown initiated and remote not working for Z11 Pro Max

A month old. Everything was great until I got a system shutdown initiated message and unresponsive remote. I checked all the info on the site and YouTube but I can’t find a solution.

Think. If you have a usb connection, well 2xUSB what can you connect to Z11 that will let you stop the system shutdown message?

Then enable HDMI CEC if your TV has it and buy or try to ask for a new remote, 1 month old it's easy to ask for a new remote, contact reseller...or buy BTremote
