I understand a notification being shown that recording has started, but what is the purpose behind the pop up dialog saying recording is starting soon with the "Run Alarm" option?
Can I turn the pop up off with only notifications. Thanks in advance

Because in 99% of cases there is only single line in use (one connection), one single stream. If you want to stay on watched channel but recording starts on other, the recording will not work. Therefore the notification.
