    Hello all,

    I am seeing a strange issue-

    I have marked about 6 web series (VODs) as favorites. They show up on the home screen, as expected. However, every day or two, some of the items marked as favorite has somehow magically been "unfavorited" and no longer shows up in the favorite list. I am absolutely certain it was not accidently removed from the list by the user. I am having to go search and make the VOD series favorite again and again. Any ideas why this might be happening?

    Hi,

    did you maybe deactivated in that period your active sub and activated other? If yes that is the reason, because through new activation the server list will be read new again.

    Can also happen if the file id`s change on server, than could also play of the file fail if not refreshed.
