How to enable subtitles in the Z11 Pro max? Whenever I try to view the subtitles I get this error message? Do I need to download any third party app or enable something to view subtitles?
I get the message:
”Error while signing in. Check username and password or try again later. (-1)”
I had this problem also last week.
But later it fixed itselfs.
What you can do is go to opensubtitle website.
Log in with your email and pass. (Otherwise create account)
If you are logged in, you know it works.
Go go MyTvOnline3, then go to the subtitle menu. Log on again.
If it fails, log out and again.
If that not work, delete the cache from mol3 and try again.
If that fails (never happend at my side) remove mol3 and install it again aan add subtitle account again.

I logged in today, and is works for me.
When you search for subtitle, delete the countrycode before the title.
So if you search a sub for the movie halloween 2. The search function let see the text: [EN] halloween 2
Delete [en], so you search only for "Halloween 2".
Oh and preferred languages, you set it up?
I have only."Dutch" as preferred language.
It worked now when I only have one prefered language, before I had four.

Would be great if you could see the error response, rather than just 'search failed 'since it doesn't tell you much off the problem.

i need only one subtitle language, do i dont know what the search does when i preferred 2 or more languages.
When searching online sutitles for a move it looks that the site is now working for vip members?
