BT1 channel button stoped working

    Hello everyone, I purchased a BT1 remote just 4 days ago and seem to be having issues. Everything was working fine up until today when the channel/page+ button stopped working. I’ve tried restarting my Z11 pro, taken the batteries out a few times and unpaired/repaired it but nothing seems to work.

    Just wondering if there’s anything else I could do to fix it or do I have a dud on my hands?

    Yes, everything else seems to work just fine other than channel up. Even channel down works so my guess is that the button is faulty but wanted to make sure before I take it back to the retailer.

    You can try one more test to see if the Channel UP button works in IR and/or BT mode only.

    Un-pair your BT1 from your Formuler device. The remote now operates in IR mode. Check if the Channel UP button responds.

    Gave that a try and it still done work. I guess that confirms it’s a faulty button. Gonna take it back to the retailer tomorrow. Can’t believe it failed in less than a week

    Took the remote back to the retailer today. He played around and found that if you push hard enough it works. All other buttons work easily but this one specifically has to be pushed much harder. I went back and forth with the guy but he wouldn’t swap it for a new one. I guess my only option is to try to contact Formuler directly otherwise this remote is useless
