Question for Formuler: Will there be improved EPG for XCAPI protocol in the future

I have been following this forum from the beginning of this year.

From the beginning of this year there has been a request from Z11 box users to fix/improve the grid EPG for XCAPI protocol users.

After several updates there was no fix.

Also the beta release of the major update does not mention anything about a fix for grid EPG on XCAPI protocol.

Connected to this there has been proposed to bring back recording options for single EPG to overcome the shortcomings for the grid EPG.

In the change log also nothing related to this solution is mentioned.

All the updates are very much appreciated but i think it will be good and rightful for the users of the Z11 to know what is the status for fixing grid EPG.

So could anyone of Formuler tell if there will be a fix for this in the future?

Or do we just need to switch to stalker protocol?

There have been several updates continuously released regarding various kinds of issues on EPG this year.

It was proven that most of the raised issues were fixed as we planned and it was confirmed by the users from different communities.

We fully understand that EPG issues may vary depending on the portals and the portal types and despite continuous updates, some of the unidentified issues could remain and new issues will come up.

We're monitoring all feedback daily about different aspects of software and hardware problems, however, there is a limitation in identifying the issue without your cooperation.

Please open a conversation with me and clearly explain what the exact issue is.

There is an abundance of reports on current limitations of epg on XC connection (mainly limitation to 24 hrs ahead and then no information)

Why dont you simply admit that the issue cant be solved,for the near future,so that XC users can switch to MAC?

If you were able to read the last comment, you'd understand that we are aware of the situation and are actively working to identify the reasons behind each issue.

Based on our data and responses, most of the EPG issues are either fixed or in the process of being resolved, with different priorities or not originating from technical problems within the product.

Similar to the issues you mentioned, we've encountered similar issues, most of which were successfully addressed through server-side adjustments or updates from our end.

Yet, we don't hesitate to reach out to every individual user when similar issues are raised, gathering additional details that cannot be shared publicly. This is the reason we ask to open conversations

I understand you're frustrated. but please do not manipulate the community and advocate negative impressions just because your requests are not being listened to.

As we always do, this issue will be identified and fixed undoubtedly. We'll always try our best to listen to everyone for a better user experience.

And again new closed thread, just because someone think he can be disrespect, blame and attack Formuler like he want! This is not acceptable.

Later will follow new post from me in this case and how to proceed in future on this forum and this specific EPG issue.

Users who need 7 days EPG , should change to Stalker MAC/ID protocol and Alternate EPG.

Explain about XC Api was already posted in postings over this.
