Connection issue with z+

Just got the box delivered yesterday and been having a problem connecting into mytvonline. Ive set the portal url and have all details correctly but everytime i try connect it comes up saying Connection issue Please check your internet and portal url...

Portal url works fine as I have tested on other devices and internet is fine as I can update apps on the box..

Any idea as to what is causing this problem.

It depends what kind of Url you use, Stalker and Mac Address registering or Xtremcodes? 3MU or Smart TV App Urls doesn`t work yet in MYTVOnline. Please synchronise the URL with provider and register your MAC Address there.

Same problem here, if i try connect the same url a second time it works fine, if i go to another url it gives the same error again, try connect second time it works again fine.

got this problem only with the z7+, not with z prime or mag box.

Tested now with two urls, no error messages between the change. Could you please try factory reset and test again?

I did an factory reset, but still same problem. I must say that i have only this problem if i had switched off the box for an couple of hours.

Is it possible to make short video of this problem and upload to mega? AC Power Off should not be the problem, but how ever video would help engineers to see what happens.

Hello

New to the box and forum.

My issue is similar in that the Internet Connection drops any time the box goes into Standby or after a period of inactivity.

On Ethernet, I have Auto Reconnect ticked.

It is the same problem with Ethernet or Wireless.

The quickest way to reconnect is to switch off Ethernet/Wireless and then back on again.

However, the issue does make recording a programme a few hours later impossible.

Defeats my object for buying the thing.
