App issue: the viewing stop after 1 min

    For your information, when I start to play a Channel on my MYTV app (Android), the viewing stops automatically after 1 min. I have to click the PLAY icon to restart.

    Otherwise, everyting else works well.

    Could you please share the information below?

    1. Are you connected via XC (ID/PW), or Stalker (MAC id)?
    2. Are you connected to home WiFi or mobile network?
    3. If you are connected to MAC, are you using the same server on other devices such as other mobile phones or Formuler Android box?
    (If you are, please turn off the other device and check to see if the issue remains)
