    I have a Z11 Pro Max and using MyTVonline3 with Stalker. If I want to look at the TV guide, I may see a few hours ahead or behind the different channels contents, but after there is always "no information" displayed. How can I fix this issue? If I want to record a tv show, I have no other alternative than looking at the EPG to know the start and end recording times.

    Did you set your epg mode too "alternate",in Content Sources?

    The option is only available on Stalker connection,you will find this in ContentManager>Content Sources>scroll to epg mode>set it to alternate>press update

    Looking at so many threads and this seemed to be the closest. I also have a Z11 Pro Max (4 of them ) and using Myonline3 with my provider. The EPG data sync maybe at most will populate 1 channel. I have tried as much as the the threads have suggested. My portal does not offer any selection to switch to "alternate" only always shows the XCAPI for EPG on the portal screen. on all of the 4 boxes. I have even as much tried to delete the portal and add new again. Also I have checked to see if my provider has the EPG in IP Smarters. Also I can clearly see the entire schedule for the channels I am seeing.

    Lastly I do not know what a Stalker connection is. I see this in many threads. is thee something special somewhere

    I have a Formuler software version v11.2.10 from Dec 6, 2023.

    As far as i understand your post your epg will populate 1 day (not 1 channel?),this is typical for XCAPI connection type in most cases.

    Apparently you are on XC connection (username&password,login required?)

    If you want more epg than 1 day,you need to switch to Stalker(=MAC/ID),

    You have to contact your iptv provider about this and they will ask you for your MAC/ID,you will find this in Content Sources.

    Subsequently they will send you credentials for your "new" Portal.

    Once you have made the switch you can change epg mode to alternate (see previous posts)

    I recommend you to read up in article section on "how to connect mytvonline.....etc",where the different connection types are explained! :winking_face:
