EPG not downloading

Good day.

I recently bit the bullet and upgraded my Z7+ to a Z11 Pro Max, and I’m super happy with the upgrade. But the only thing that perplexes me is that the EPG doesn’t download for some reason. I’ve put in the exact same URLs that I was using on my Z7, and nothing. I manually try to clear the EPG in MyTVOnline 3 and update it. and nothing. I’m just wondering if there’s some setting that I’m not aware of to download it? I’m using an xmlEPG URL to do so.

Not sure what kind of info I would need to supply to get answers to this conundrum. But maybe someone has some troubleshooting steps to try?

Sorry, Sam. This is not supported by my provider. I’ve tried using the same url and making the API portal and no go. My IPTV guy told me I need to use M3U.

Everything worked perfectly on my Z7+. I’m confused as to why it wouldn’t work the same on MyTVOnline 3? And why give the option for m3U (using XML for the EPG) if it doesn’t work?

I’ve tried to use a test xml url (given to me by my provider), and he told me it isn’t even connecting for some reason.
