Hey Sam thanks for heads up but they have no stock yet but I am in Spain for next few months and it is available from Media King ,nl. My question to you is the European supply can it be swapped out and I can use the Z mini supply or would I need a 3rd. Party 100 watt usb-c power supply?

Another update on usb-c hubs from the UK.

UGREEN USB C Hub, 9-in-1 - DOES NOT WORK It fails to be recognised by the Mini at all - avoid

I then used the standard Formuler USB-C multi-function hub and it works a treat - recognising 64GB USB 3 Lexar flash drive as NTFS. I use "File Manager +" as the file management tool, and it can create/delete/rename folders and files quite happily on this drive. Also, MyOnline3 "see's" the drive for recordings.

The ethernet connection works great with a 1Gb connection recognised, with the other end of the ethernet wire connected to one of my mesh wi-fi nodes - meaning actual throughput only goes as fast as my mesh wi-fi system allows from that node - currently about 200Mb max.

One thing to point out I initially set up using a gigabit network switch between the hub and the mesh node - this failed completely, the ethernet connect was active on the hub, but when the mini powered up, the ethernet connection switched off. The power supply was 100W direct from wall plug so power was not the issue

I was using the TP-Link TL-SG108S 8 Port Gigabit Network Switch - SO AVOID THAT USE CASE.

Hello all I thought I was fortunate that being in Europe over the winter I managed to purchase a few of the Formuler USB-C Hub only downside to the purchase is I can not get it to keep an internet connection connection it will not not stay connected to internet any ideas what's happening.

And this happens after about 2 minutes of being connected and yes I made a static connection on router still does not help. I'm at a loss why a device made for the product fail to work properly?

Hi - purchased this model to test it out with my Formuler Z Mini.

I've formatted the USB stick on PC and in the Formuler settings and the Z Mini recognises it, looks like it'll record to it okay but I can't seem to get Timeshift to work - it's switched on in the settings, with the correct storage device selected as the destination.

Is there anything else I can try to get Timeshift to work please?

Yes Sam thanks turned out to be ethernet replaced with a Cat 7 works now..

I also did that with my USB drive, then I set it as internal storage on the set-top box, but now in the settings I can't set it to record there because only the set-top box's internal storage appears. Can anyone help me? Thanks.

I have this one as well and it does not work, box will not boot. Gets power for a short while and then nothing.
