Download in playstore on gtv the "abt tv" app. *use at your own risk*
With this app you can delete apps what you dont want.
I deleted youtube, youtube music, prime etc.
I uninstalled the update of *androidtv home*.
Then in playstore shut off the automatic updates.

i checked again.
In playstore i shutdown the automatic update option.
I deleted the "android tv home" updates. Then you have the normal/old homescreen again.
With adb tv app i uninstalled: amazon prime, youtube music, google films, youtube and google games.
*use at own risk*
But adb tv app isnt nessecary.
You can do uninstall updates from android tv home without that app.

I find it on the formuler gtv.

Anyway,
Go to playstore and then look for the app "android tv home".
Select it and delete updates!
Also set playstore automatic updates off!
