My Z8 has lost all sound. I have tried restarting, disconnecting USB, audio optimizer and all different surround sound and output options in settings. All apps including YouTube have no sound, but the tv native audio works. Please advise
A friend had it to. Dont know which device anymore.
he bought the bluetooth remote and used the app formuler remote. There he set up his tv brand to his remote and also did there something with sound. You can setup tv, soundbar and formuler.
If you cant find the option, quickkest way is to factory reset your device. Then it should work.
After factory reset you can also try another tv but dont think it is cause your tv gives sound you said
