    Formuler Z11 Promax, MYTVOL3, WD Elements 5 TB external hard drive

    I am getting an error message on some videos:

    “Error: Can’t play video. Try again later”

    Does anyone know what is causing this or how to resolve this issue?

    I did not format the hard drive. The Formuler box recognized it immediately. Most videos will play, but a few days later, I get the error message.

    “Error: Can’t play video. Try again later”

    This error is usually caused by a communication issue between your device and the IPTV Service Provider.

    Try to turn off your Formuler device and turn it back on to see if the issue goes away.

    Try:

    MYTVOnline3 > Main Menu > Content Manager > Data Sync > Refresh all sources

    Check if the issue goes away.

    Also let us know if you're trying to play a recorded program from the Recordings menu or if you're trying to play a movie from the VOD section.

  • I am trying to play a program from the recordings menu. I’ve also changed IPTV providers, so the ones not playing are from a provider I don’t use anymore. Let me try refreshing and I will get back to you.
