Box Formuler Z 11 pro Max Locked to provider

Hi , Can you please help me, I have The New Formuler z11 pro max Box useing the App mytvonline3, and i am Locked to my iptv provider i cant add another portal how do i get around this without doing a factory Reset any help much appreciated Thanks ,

Hi,

you can not unblock without factory reset + It is questionable how you got your data from your current provider. Do you have these and can you re-enter them? There must have been a reason why you went this way.

Well Sam, Those are the Details i got, Mytvonline 3 setup z11

Connect to your network

go to software update and install all up then goto system info, build date don’t press, then press the coloured buttons (red,green,yellow,blue left to right and you will be prompted enter code, it’s 800800, enter, next untick initial then apply and restart

Enter mytvonline3 and select ******* and enter your login details, (But Now My Box is locked to this Provider only cant add another Portal,)

Did you buy the Box from Provider or is it Retail Box from other shop?

No Bought The Box Online From Amazon Set it Up with all my apps working fine, and got a few Tests Lines all working fine could add extra portals but when i got the test from a provider i had a while back it locked the box to that provider with the Details he gave me,
