  • Hey guys,

    I recently got a subscription and live tv won’t show up on mol3. I’ve tried resetting and deleting the app, inputting the xtream codes again and nothing works.

    I had to buy TIVIMATE. And everything works with it. Why would mol3 be giving me a hard time. I appreciate any help, thank you

  • Yes but it’s not a solution.
    I’m sure it’s a provider issue as I can replicate the problem on Smarters with my laptop, just weird how it works in tivimate.

  • I’ve tried everything. It all fine in tivimate but i wanted to use mytvonline as its a superior product. I’ll try the wifi today and then my phone. I’m hardwired right now and i don’t think my modem is the problem

  • For sure this is a provider issue, there something in the panel coding that’s changed preventing MTOL reading the playlist.

    Same issue related to if it connects via mobile instead of wifi and then stops using wifi and or Ethernet


    Should be a quick fix but must be done from provider / panel supplier side

  • Did you revert back to hardwired once it showed up from having your phone connected? And if so, did it disappear again


    Once I switch back to my home network it stops working again.
    It a weird issue and it’s hard to get down to the cause of it.
    I have read similar amounts of ppl using tivi with the same issue, it’s a provider problem. The playlist I got is decent, but the reseller is churning out subs like crazy so support has been non existent. My current provider isn’t perfect but they’re much better than these

  • Just did a factory reset and now there is no live tv or VOD selection on the menu. Only game day then recordings

    Open menu within mtol3 (3lines on rcu)


    Go to content manager


    Go to content sources and see your subscription and select refresh.


    If you see an ⚠️ against your sub you may need to edit it as if you’re inputting again and save and see what that does.
