Am able to see live TV channels in the left pane of the EPG and watch content but there is no information in the right pane of the EPG (time window) - all lines read "No Information" ?
What would be the likely cause ?

What's your connection? In case of Stalker you can choose an alternative EPG. Have a look/search here on the forum. On XCAPI, I'm still having issues as well (I still believe it's provider related, as some (all on grid EPG) show full EPG for about 6-7 days, others only 1 day ahead, and others none at all). You can always check with another app such as TiviMate of IPTV Smarters pro if there's EPG. You can also contact your provider and ask if they can do anything for you.
Edit: see Content Manager -> your stalker portal -> edit -> EPG

By connection I meant the provider connection, afaik alternate EPG only works with Stalker/MAC and not with XCAPI/m3u.

2n Edit: just saw Sam's post: 'I mentioned this already in other threads to each one who have epg issues to set 3hrs pull. In some cases is the / on end of the url also big problem for users and after removing epg loads correctly.'
