Error on Formuler Z7+

Model: Formuler Z7+ /
Retail Box /
Provider Box Firmware version and date: v1.2.6 r12319
MYTVOnline version and date: v1.08.06-r1361
Factory reset done and when?: yes after i detected the problem 3/1/2018
Question: The problem is when i click on Menu to close all aplications, igot a black one whith this name

com.android.siptv.launcher.DummyA.......

I cant read de complete sentence, i try already to do a factory reset, reinstall the update from de scrach, and keeps apering this app or comand, can anyone help me on this.

Please give me detailed information where you are and what else is open when you press menu and the black screen appears. I was until now not able to reproduce the issue. Lead me from step to step
My problem now is also that i have newer Fw 1.2.10 then your 1.2.6 for test.

By the way, its not clear if you have Retail from store or Provider Box ?

I was able to reproduce, it appears when you got some app that was not working well, some error, freezes or ended process, in this case the launcher. Nothing to worry, after closing all apps and box restart you will see it`s gone.

Sorry to respond now, i been out of the country, Portugal by the way, sorry for my english.
First of all, the box is from a retail store.
Ok thks for finding the problem, for me the solution passed to do a reset software and after i did a factory restore.

This machine is great, all i can do is to recomend to all, since i passed from Mag, from all android boxs, my last one is the beelink gt1 ultimate, but this joints the both of 2 worlds, works for me, this is my opinion.

So if you are with the 1.2.10 i believe for tests can we hope that it will came out soon?

P.S. sorry i just see the firmware post,, i saw that is the 1.2.10 version, but my box isstill on the 1.2.6

i did a factory reset, but keeps on updating justo 1.2.6, can you please help me on this?
