IPTV have 98% only SD or HD. If you search for something that could make look your picture better, then try the new z mini with AISR feature.

I watch Netflix (1080p) is very clear. Whereas the IPTV which is supposed to be HD is just crap, especially when watching sports.

Try out several different iptv trials,it will take some effort to find the right one

Comes from compressed provider stream and 50-60% of them are not even HD even if shown as HD, about FHD or 4K not to speak. Like Henkie wrote, try many trials to find Provider with good quality picture.

Would the video quality improve at least a bit if changed from Z8 pro to Z11 pro max ?
The image quality is different for every user, what one person likes may not be the case for another. It is impossible for everyone to be equally satisfied. Of course, the newer boxes have better and faster graphics chips, which may also mean a better image, but you can only be 100% sure if you get a Z11 or, as suggested, the z mini with the AISR image enhancer and decide for yourself whether it is better or not. Every eye sees things differently.
