Formuler z11 pro max froze after software update

    I updated formuler z11 pro max and after reboot, I get to the home screen and the remote doesn't work. I also have z10 pro max and the remote works on that device so remote is not the issue. I looked up article for manual factory reset. The link only takes me GTV reset page. Can someone share the manual factory reset instructions for z11 pro max. Also, is there a fix other the factory reset.

    I bought the unit only 2 months ago so is there any warranty.

    Hold 0 button and ok button. Hold it for 5 seconds. On remote orange led blinking. Its resettet now

    Go to bluetooth. Remove formuler gtv rcu.

    Hold now ok + menu button in for 4 sec.

    Click onnadd accessoires.

    Click on your formuler gtv rcu what appears on screen. It makes.now new connection.

    Update: I removed the IR and the remote is working but I am getting a different error.

    The box is connected to ethernet and when I go to setting, it shows that ethernet is connected but when I open MOL3 it loads the last channel I viewed and then starts cloaking, finally say 'check your internet connection, network error occurred'. Please let me know if there is a way, I can fix this.

    Dont you have the remote gtv bt1 bluetooth?
