    Hello I'm brand new to this and a senior citizen so I apologize in advance if I'm confused but the amount of information to process is overwhelming.

    We watch a lot of British shows so find the subtitles very helpful. We started to watch a series and I was able to find subtitles for each episode and downloaded them as we watched each one. After a number of episodes it wouldn't download anymore. Since it is a download I wondered if I had filled up up the internal memory. I don't know if this is the problem but in any case I cant find how to access internal memory to clear it, if this is the problem.

    The other thing I have noticed in reading through information on here is a reference to open subtitles which now appears to be a subscription service.

    Any help in pointing me in the right direction to start to understand this better, would be greatly appreciated.

    You can create an account for opensubtitles here.

    Then, please follow the route below to conect the account to your MYTVOnline 3.

    'MYTVOnline 3 settings > Player Options > Online Subtitles > Sign-in'

    Once you have connected the account, please try to find the subtitles via Online Subtitles in your TV series.
