Check the portal URL and see if you're using https protocol.
Also please check if VPN is running on the background and if it's necessary for the server access.
I´m using a http protocol.
And uses no vpn, have deleted the apps from my box.
Before i did the factory reset the other day, i could at least download the playlists and watch the first channel that appeared.
After the reset i can´t download at all , just gets the: SERVER_HTTP 512 and CODE: 1005-500
