Hello,
After a factory reset, my Formuler z11 pro doesn't boot. Is there a way to reinstall an OS to make it work again?
Thanks !

You have to do a manual factory reset like explained here : https://support.formuler.tv/kb/article/198…ro-max-z10-pro/
This is what I did. Then the logo appears for 5 seconds and it shut down, then the logo appears again and shut down. This sequence runs indefinitely.
Thanks

Had the same until i powerd off then did the manual hard reset.
Did you get into the hard reset menu?
Yes! But nothing change!
Leave it 1 min powerless and try again factory reset like in this video. Check also your power supply or use some other with same specs.
Did that a few times already. It seems to me that the factory firmware is damaged. I wonder if it is possible to boot from a usb stick. Or replace the files on the machine. They're some files like logs that I can read but I don't where it blocks.

By the way it's not normal getting in this boot loop each time you do a factory reset in the menu, please fix this asap

I know it is not normal. I do the manual factory reset. Here are the steps in images. When the logo shows (8.png), it stands for 5 sec and it restart.

Please contact your seller for warranty in this case, seems like bootloader damage.
