Evening all.
Quick post because I’m sure in the past some have sideloaded APKs on their Formuler which are meant for mobile and therefore sometimes resizing is an issue.
I haven’t seen any posts dealing with this but I think I’ve found a solution. The following works for me at least.
In Developer Options, if you enable “Force activities to be resizeable” it seems to automatically resize the screen.
I tested on various apps and although you have the mobile view at the login page, once you’re past that, it resizes to full screen.
Now, there is supposed to be an indicator allowing “multi-window” which is an icon you’re looking for generally on Android but I think that must be specific to Android Mobile and Tablets because it doesn’t appear on the Formuler.
Anyway, for me it seems to work. I was only testing it out and I have no relatable apps to consider using on the device for myself but thought I would try and help those who asked in the past.
I can’t guarantee this will work for you but it certainly does for me on the apps I tried.
It may also be you’ll need to enable your mouse on the remote using the Formuler Remote app and assigning it to a hot key.
