On my software panel the developer has enabled the recording of serial numbers to stop hackers getting to the customer lines. However only on formuler boxes there are times when the panel blocks the customer box due to an issue with the serial number. so my question is
does the serial number ether on the box on on the MYTVONLINE chanage at any time? if so when does it change and why does it change?
