On my Z10 Pro when I connected to my Portal I had lost all my channels. All that was displayed were hundreds of numberd sequential channels such as "8 TV UK BRITAIN RADIO 355, or 33 TV FR 100% Radio Albi" Can anyone advise me as to how I can get all my channels back please. Many thanks
