    Hi, I'm a long time Z8 user and have loved using the media centre on the Z8 to access my movies stored on my windows11 pc in a shared folder using UPNP, it's worked great and played everything without buffering or issues, most importantly all Atmos soundtracks are recognised and show on my AV receiver as such.

    I'm probably going to replace the Z8 with a Z11 pro max and pass on my Z8 to my daughter.

    Does the Media Browser on the Z11 do the same job as the Media Centre ? If yes, does it work as well ?

    I have tried both Kodi and MXplayer on the Z8 to see if either would work as well, but they don't, not always seeing the folder, issues when I pause, FFW or REW, and very reluctant to recognise the same Atmos audio tracks that the Media Centre does

    So having read many other threads about the inconsistent results with the Atmos soundtracks I've decided on the easy solution -

    Keep my Z8 for playing downloaded movies from my PC.

    Use the Z11 for IPTV

    I'd have liked to use the Z11 for both but i can't see an easy, reliable and quick solution.
