If the channel you watching have description Audio track, then this have to be chosen.

I just can’t seem to get rid of it. The description voice over during programmes. I have Z10 and along with recording problems, like it doesn’t recognise the time i set and often records on,y half the programme or the programme before, I have this annoying voice over describing what is going on for visually impaired. Can’t find any way to switch it off, all directions will be appreciated.

Could you please check under MOL3 Menu -> Settings -> which Language is chosen for Audio? Change to English or similar and test again.

Tried it on various languages. Put it on Menu Language System. then English tried French too. No change, Aidio Language is English.

Hi PT, is this on all channels, or some various channels, or restricted to one broadcaster?
I had a similar problem here in Canada - on random days this summer, all of the streams from the 'Canadian Broadcasting Corporation (CBC)' would have a Descriptive Audio track. It was on all of the CBC's stations (Halifax, Toronto, Vancouver etc.). All other channels in my 'Favorite' Group were fine (no Descriptive Audio).
I suspect that my provider somehow had picked the 'wrong' channel feeds to stream. So, in my case, there was nothing to 'fix' in the Formuler box.

Cottageboy I suspect it’s the same for me. It isn’t on all channels. Sadly on some that show repeats of older shows I’ve missed but would like to watch.

Strangely it is only on one particular server too. Trouble is the one that is clear of voice has worse quality in visuals and channel choices.
