With a computer screen there is a button for auto adjustment for settings and or a menu where you can adjust screen settings if its not automatic.

After adjustment connect it to your tv again

And there is another option in the settings for user interace. You can set it to 720p or 1080p.

I will download the youtube app on the Z7+ and try playing 4K content that way and see how it goes.

I've been complaining about 4k YouTube videos freezing forever they said they will eventually fix it but I doubt it it's been going on for over 2 years

You are probably refering to micro stuttering they are fixing it should come out next update
